Not living up to their promises!!!

"Service reliability is our promise to you" What a joke .... I have no words describing my disappointment with this so called insurance company. I have been a loyal customer for almost 2 decades. So my first claim on my vehicle was just some fender damage caused by dogs and I was hoping to get it fixed out of my own pocket (as always). Turns out it would not be possible to fix it for less than my excess amount. My claim was declined because it was not reported within 30 days. There should be some flexibility in their policies, but clearly they do not need honest clients who's main concern is to save everyone some money. By the way ... the manager was suppose to phone me back in 48 hours, needless to say I'm still waiting.
