Not assisted with my claim

I submitted my claim on Monday, it's Wednesday today and I was told my claim assessor would call me in 24 hours and I'm yet to receive a phone call. I have been insured with this company for probably 6 years, never missed a premium and referred my family and friends but now I'm just wondering if they were only good to me because I never claimed. This is horrible service and I'm changing insurers as soon as this claim is processed
