NOT approving write off on my vehicle - Team leader refuses to contact me

My car is insured with A&G. however the bumper broke due to a rock on the road, my car has been taken into Empangeni auto renovators by A&G on the 15th July to date we don't have proper communication, only to hear they are writing the car off for a cracked bumper.

its disgusting that it take them almost 3 month to make a decision on there own with out consulting the client about writing the vehicle.
