NON-EXISTENT SERVICE
I have always had excellent service in the past, but now have to agree with another reviewer regarding communicating with "Andrew". I have phoned several times but am either not understood, cannot be found on their system, or asked to hold on whilst having to listen to the most horrible music for indeterminable minutes on end. Still have not been able to contact a HUMAN.
