No welcome pack after 4 months
Signed up with Auto & General over 4 months ago and no welcome pack has been received. My postal has not changed and various emails have been send to [Email Removed] Each time they confirm that he welcome pack will be send but till today nothing.<br> <br> It`s amazing how you fail to perform simple duties. Other insurance companies send welcome packs within a week! <br> <br> You have debited my account all the monrths yet no welcome pack!<br> <br> I wonder if I can really continue entrusting my insurance to a company that cant perform simple duties.
