NO SERVICE. MAKING ME A ****

I Had an accident on 27 May 2015 , I called the insurance company to advise them of the accident the assist line called me back to confirm if I require the vehicle to be towed, I confirmed this, they towed the vehicle, in the mean time we claimed from the third party they have since cancelled the claim because the could not find fault on the side of their driver, I need my vehicle to be towed out of the yard and now Happy says that I am lying that we did no make the call and there is no proof that we asked for the vehicle to be towed, this has been a very stressful for me and I require assistance I have spoken to the manager but no one want to assist I am not liable for this when the assist line asked if they can tow the vehicle. I don't know on what other platform to get assistance.
