I called auto and general for assisstance with a flat battery and they send KK Towing and Mechanical repairs to come and assist. He send 2 boys to my assisstance. The boys were so rude and they were unable to start the car. They then tampered with my other car and we had a fight. I was attacked to an extent that i had to consult with my doctor who refered me to a physiothe******. I reported the matter to Auto and General and First 4 U and i was told i must send a report from the doctor so that they can investigate the matter. I asked for the report from my doctors and emailed it to them. I never received any response from either Auto and General or from First 4 U. Everytime i call in to check how far they are with the investigation i am told to send the report again.
