No reimbur*****t of excess!

In July I was involved in an accident that was not my fault. To get my vehicle fixed I had to pay an excess of over R3000. I was told at the time that I would be reimbursed once everything has been sorted with the other guys insurance. It's been a few months and many phone calls and I still have not received my excess. I'll be taking this further with the ombudsman. I'd give zero stars if I could.
