No notifications of annual review

No notifications of annual review. Details get captured incorrectly over and over and over, most of the times. Annoying bot that can not relay you to the correct department.

I would like to give a thumbs up to Sebastian Ramouthar, however. He handled the reviewing part of my call in a very proffesional and helpful manner. Took the time to give me a call back when my phone ran out of airtime, after being passed over from one person to the other, and explained everything nicely.
