NO GO AREA

This is just a no go area. Their service is very poor. The claim has been approved, panel beaters found additional damages related to the accident and Auto and general doesn't give feedback on whether they approve or decline the the additionals. It has been a month now. Everytime I call in I am told they will look into the matter as the approvals are done by the 3rd party. It's been a month now. My car has been with the panel beaters for a whole month and they.
