No feedback regarding urgent query

On 19 Sept. I sent an email to A & G informing them that a water leak from my neighbors (I live in a townhouse and my home and my neighbours is separated by an adjoining wall), has damaged my ceiling, etc. I emailed them to obtain their advise (saying that I did not want to claim - yet) as the the owner from next door is refusing to answer my emails inquiring about if & when she will repair the damage to my place. I received a call from A & G a week or two later, however I could not take the call and emailed them back on 27 September to inform them that someone from A & G tried to call me but I could not make out what the name or number was of the person who called me. Up until today I have not received any feedback from them since. If A & G is interested in resolving this please contact me before 9.30 in the morning as I am not available at any other time during the day.
