No feedback from Auto & General

I hate people who do not keep their word especially when they are a reputable company like Auto and General. Their consultants have been promising to call me to extend car hire for me but nothing has materialized and the car rental company keeps calling me because they want their car back but I still have not heard anything from Auto & General. They delayed on their side to get my vehicle fixed and I claimed on the 5th on December 2021 already. No work has been done yet on my vehicle as they are waiting for parts, and the repair was only scheduled for 31st January 2022. I always call them with my own airtime and I'm put on hold for a long time only to be told that I'd be called back, which has never happened.
