No feedback after numerous emails
I've send 3 emails to their online support, each time received an automated response, acknowledge receipt and THAT IS IT!! No feedback regarding my enquiry, absolutely NONE. Not even after stating that I'm going to give them a bad review and cancel my home building insurance. Useless company.
