No Feed Back as Yet after 48 Hours Fully

Haven't Got any Feedback from them sice they asked for my Bank Statement as they Debited on my Account on December Now they don't wanna Cover me because I'm currently behind on my Premiums..... How is that even Possible, I'm still wiating for my Feedback because i need my Car Back. I paid the Insurence, I'm Humbly asking them to Cover me and Get my Car back no stories.
