No claims attended at all

I regret leaving my insurance and joining this so called wesbank associated insurance. I claimed for hail in January 7 until today my claim is not attended to, I have been calling them non stop. My claim consultant was Nosibabalwe Sodo from Auto and General ,and I spoke to her to be called by their Assessors IDMS they never called . I have called them several times they say they will get back to me and they never do. I'm tired of wasting my petrol and airtime calling this people. Even today they said they will call tomorrow , its always tomorrow. Its been over a mo the going to two with just a Hail damage claim not attended ,I wonder what will happen with an accident claim where I will have no car at all. I might have to switch back to my previous I insurer.
