No assistance and no one cares!!!

I had an unusual query and needed assistance from Auto and General. They transferred me 4 times and each time the person I dealt with sounded disinterested and half asleep. Not to mention their lack of manners when asking for my details. I will never recommend Auto and General to anyone! Their staff are ridiculously bad at their jobs!!!!!
