Nedbank/ Auto & General a **** insurance?

This is the worst of the worst insurance. We've insured our household goods through Nedbank and Nedbank uses Auto & General. Been with them for 5years, my washing machine broke and they want to pay me out R399 after dragging my claim for 4weeks. I've been 4weeks without a waching machine as they came to fetch it and I've been doing my laundry at a laundromat, been spending more money at the laundromat. Ombudsman will be my next step. Stay clear from this Auto & General as well as insuring household goods at Nedbank. They just a **** really, taking your money every month without coming to the party. Breach of contract really.
