My vehicle was parked at work yesterday and a 3rd Party reversed over 2 lanes and damaged my vehicle badly. I phoned Auto and General for a no claims letter as the 3rd Party insurance is going to have my vehicle fixed. Megan explained patiently that's she will register claim how long it's going to take to capture for me. She emailed the letter to me. She was very patient and very helpful and knowledgeable.
