My son tells me that I'm technically challenged

My son tells me that I'm technically challenged. Ha ha. Nonhle was extremely helpful and patient with me. I have an auditory disability and she was kind enough to show a lot of understanding and patience. She also referred me to the correct department regarding an accident claim.
