My policy number is ***I - i called Auto & General last year because my fridge was creating ice , as a frost free it should not, and it was messing my food and melting when power was off, they send someone who opened my fridge and never connected it back properly- the guy gave them feedback that I am not closing the doors properly- the problem still continued and they ignored my claim. The guy who came to fix was in a hurry to knock off . Now my top door fell , I called them and told them its a health hazard and there's also a wire that it out, they told me they could fix a mirror that is broken by mistake but not a fridge that is a health hazard, this insurance company is useless , I even sacrificed and paid when I was not even working, they always look for excuses not to pay
