My husband, who is totally death and had cochlear implants, and am still battling to hear with the processor’s had a call from wNknanyiseni earlier today as requested by him for someone to call him. Wow!! What can we say: He was extremely professional /so informativeand most of all so patient with my husband. We can rate his service at stars which goes far beyond the 5 star I was allowed to give. This gentleman should be acknowledged by your company for his service and is indeed an asset to your company.
