My experience with Auto and General, there seems to confusion by Agents

My experience with Auto and General, there seems to confusion by Agents. They make their own decisions and not listen to clients needs for the sake of selling the product. I amended the policy when I discovered errors made by Auto and General and that changed the whole agreement. I discovered one of my property not covered in the policy. It's impossible with Auto and General to talk with the person you want to talk to.
