My experience right from the day the accident happened was plain sailing. Auto and General received a notification of the accident via the impact sensor via my tracking device and immediately a consultant called me to find out if I was ok. Thereafter, a tow truck from First Help arrived within minutes of the accident and when I found that First Help was contracted to work with Auto and General, I was even more relieved. I registered the accident with the consultant telephonically and with in 48 hours, reported the accident to the police station. The consultant I spoke to quickly arranged for car hire which I collected the same day. This experience was so flawless to the extent that I did not even feel as though I had been in an accident.
