My car Was not fixed

Auto and general approved my claim for repairs which was taken to J&J rapairs in Emalahleni, when I get there to collects the car I was not satisfied with the work done and my broker advised me to take my car, no auto and general can't assist me with my complain and the car is not to my satisfaction. The broker has been trying to contact the Auto and general but they not responding
