My car was in an accident the 25th, I contacted Auto and General and I was assisted by Mutali who was very patient with me as it was my first time claiming. She assisted me with App download and docents required. And today my claim was approved my car is going into repairs on Monday already ,all this happened so quick and easier than I expected. Auto and general is a vibe !
