My car was ****** and upon purchasing another 2nd hand car the car dealership gave me options for insurance on the car which selected Auto and General. However I managed to get better cover with my previous insurer so phoned them to cancel the policy. Spoke to Mpumi who was so friendly and empathetic to my situation and did not hesitate to assist me in the cancelation of the policy. Mpumi was an absolute star.
