My call was logged at 16:50, right at the end of the day, so I expected to be hurried. Instead, Calvin Moodley was courteous, listened well to my enquiry, and resolved my problem in a manner better than I could have imagined was possible. He/AutoandGeneral deserve six stars out of five.
