Must a person die for claims to taken seriously

Called at night after for road side assist with Tyre and a consultant named Lerato told me I must go to the police station to do a AR but there was no accident, told me they cant assist without it. Called the following morning I was told my tyre claim has been registered called after 3 whole days guess what.. Nothing registered only after 3 days when I called did it get registered. Took the car for assessment for authorization same day and it's been two weeks no authorization. When I call am told the fitment center hasn't sent details but the center sent proof that they sent details over to you guys twice already. I have no been driving with a spare wheel for TWO WEEKS waiting on a claim from an emergency insurance plan to be authorized... What must happen before my claim is authorized must I die from driving with a spare wheel this long first!!! Called today again and told to wait till Monday, you guys do not care about your clients.
