I have experienced only a negative outcome of a trauma that we had wgere a guy who was busy doing a ceiling installation fell with a ladder and tried to grab on to wall and he got electricity wiring in conduit paping also with him in the process of falling and he left cavles and fell with steel.ladder on a spa bath hard mesch cover and due to.this he broke the cover as it has got bubble with a hard kind of plastic inside the pure ladder cover and stripped the zip in the middle where it is bending - he could have broken his neck or got badly hurt but the cover had helped him not to get hurd and jn process ladder also got camping chair hard cover arm broken where it just hit it towards the side of tile walling of spa bath Auto & General representative had said march 2025 before taking out policy there is coverage under the contents and building for things that may happen in case of an accident where now when I had to claim all.of a sudden. NO. COVER for this damages !!! This is shocking what they do take up seriously to help a client and what they do record on such a conversation over ghe phone as representatives and where I had written on response of the policy schedule how many times that this is important and a person never having response from them on those kind of enquiries and taking up time.anf money to phone to hold on for ages to get through and cant get held of that specific person - I find this very irritating frustrating and its also everytime a losing battle with Auto & General short term insurance - it do matters why you have and for what you have to pay such a large amount for insurance just to have THIS NO COVERAGE as an answer WHEN ITS NECESSARY to claim
