Most terrible insurance ever, and very expensive

Been a loyal client for 15years +

Firstly, our house got broken in to, not half of the goods where paid out.

Second our caravan burnt down, took them 7 months to finalise.

Was in an accident with my car, they are not paying out, according to them, there is not even damage, after no quote from panelbeater or accessor to inspect
