Yesterday I called your contact centre to request a policy schedule. Wow, I did not know that on the other side there will be Mosadi who was so jubilant and excited to assist me. I was a bit stressed due to the reason that led to this request. Hearing her voice just calmed me down and I immediately felt okay.
