Misrepresentation & incorrect information

I called in to cancel my policy, the retention agent **** just to make me not cancel.

She falsely gave me wrong information that do not correspond with what’s in the policy document. She reduced the Premium and **** about reduced Excess fee. If I did not look at the policy document I was going to keep paying not knowing my correct excess. I wonder how many customers fall for this misrepresentation. Misleading customers is against TCF policy.
