Misleading online quote, rude service

I filled in my information on Hippo.com and got an attractive quote from auto and General. I then had a call and was quoted a completely different amount far higher that the original quote. The lady on the call was then rude and hung up on me when I told her I had received a better quote somewhere else. I am just so relieved that I did not become a client here!
