Mazda CX30 Claim Query not resolved
***, My accident claim was approved and my car was booked for repairs with the P/B (Bradbury auto magic) of their choice, the car was painted and the color is not blending with the color of the car, Auto and General Assessor ( Francois Polling) was taking the side of the P/B..(Manie Boshoff and Jacques Erasmus) are now taking me back and forth while the P/B is refusing to repaint the car to perfection, telling me to come take my car because the will start charging me for storage fees.. should I take this matter up with Ombudsman?
