hello, I had house content insurance, I have claims twice due to the flood in my house. Then the insurance rejected my claim and I did dispute the claim. The outcome of the dispute they settle the claim and canceled insurance. They indicated that I did *****. which is not true. The fact that I could not produce proof of replacement or repair due to the flood. Now I can't have any other insurance because they blacklisted my name.

13 Feb 2023, 20:44It was no discussion. I was informed that this is a settlement and you're also canceling the policy due to moral risk. M leave with it. They emphasized that I have to disclose to insurance companies. Knowing exactly that no one will cover me with that status. The investigation itself was not independent, and no one came to my house to quantify the incident and how did it even occur. It is clear that they used the same info provided by the assessment.
