Lorinda was very helpful and assisted with questions I had regarding large inctease in monthly premium and the excess required for claims. I mentioned there was a zero excess on this policy, but she noted that this was not the case. I requested this to be recalculated without excess and a new premium. This was only slightly more than the last year's premium - not over R300.00 as we were charged before the call
