Loretta just made me smile, dropping the premium and adding value relevant to an insurance company trading in a country supporting the return of European funded scorched earth policies triggering commercially unemployable people to trigger survivalist motivated home,farm and business invasions which increase municipal income streams, and make it virtually impossible for the government to generate VAT, which pays to keep the lights on, social services pensions etc which are the only things currently preventing a civil war.
