*****, Lie and ignore their customers
It seems the only way I can get their attention is if HP is involved. its been months, they keep sending smses that they cant get a hold of me while i have my phone in my hands seeing the smses yet no missed calls, if funny how when their assist line was here they called me more than 8 times no issues and now they cant get a hold of me?? I then told them to email me or use the alternate number on my policy and i get ignored. They sent an email asking what the issue was without checking history or my HP complain or just the notes on my policy, even thought a manager sent me a whatsapp to say he had escalated it, weeks now and silent. They told me id be liable for x amount yet we paid y amount, when queried the agent said i was right it doesnt seem fair she would escalate, still waiting, they wont resolve cos their excuse is they cant get a hold of me telephonically on just the 1 number, no one will say they tried the other number or that they have emailed feedback, no they ***** and ignore their clients and lie, constant lies, creative lies just lies.

Good day
Thank you for finally getting back to me
Please confirm if the R400 was confirmed and accepted by me the policy holder or Travis?
Please confirm if the R1000 was confirmed and accepted by me the policy holder or Travis?
You mentioned: "an alternative number of *** for Travis, unfortunately, there is no consent noted on your policy that he may handle your policy on your behalf so due to the POPIA Act we were not allowed to contact him." But you also state: The clients partner accepted the plumber’s quote of R1000.00, You are not allowed to contact him as the alternate number to reach me as the policy holder but he is allowed to make decisions on my policy? Also, if you look at your records, you did contact him, a few weeks later, he had to confirm via smses that payment was made because you said that payment was outstanding and that he was requested to send you proof of payment? So please tell me, is the POPIA act subjective? and please provide me with the email address to escalate this.
Regards
Jamie

Why would you attempt to resolve a matter with an unmanned email? Don't care much for the customers response?
