LEHLOHONOLO NKOSI(Team Manager) and Auto and General have zero leadership skills

After putting in a claim on the 13th of January 2022 and speaking to Team manager Lehlohonolo Nkosi, I am still given the runaround and Lehlohonolo keeps lying to me, avoiding my calls and not responding to my emails. I'm calling Auto & General on a daily basis but no one is able to assist me. I don't know how the staff is supposed to assist when the team leader is so pathetic, and stop writing ******* here on hello peter that you have resolved my issues when you've done absolutely nothing, sies!!!
