Leaking Roof, almost sinking roof - Auto & General

Hi There.

I am very disappointed in the service received from Auto & General re a leaking roof claim that still hasn’t been auctioned and to be notified by the advisor that sorry they will only get back to us in 2 day re the claim while this request has been logged for more than a week now and it’s flipping raining and the water is leaking into the rest of the house making it very unsafe and it’s close an electrical plug which could spark and cause a fire. How is this not seen as urgent matter. I pay my premiums every month and also added home contents cover with them and chose you for the rapid response and service provided by other and now in my case. I have to wait 2 days for a flippin quote to be sorted when I just want my roof to be fixed!!!
