Last night I emailed Auto and General using the email address listed on their website. In the email I requested my personal details be amended and my monthly premium be reviewed. I also requested they call me, giving a convenient time for the call. In response to my email, today I received a call from Revona Govender. Revona was pleasant and courteous. She was very audible. I mention this because there are call centres with poor reception. She referred to the fact that I was a valued client for 25 years. Revona assisted me with both matters in a professional manner.
