Laptop claim

Requested a call back from A&G to register a claim last Monday 30th Jan 2023 and was called within the hour. The Lady Magedo was a delight to chat to. Professional, friendly even has a couple of laughs. Masego informed me who my claim handler would be and that was Charity. Was such a please to chat to Masego. 3 hours later Charity called to say the claim was settled and the money was paid into my account same day. Such a pleasure to deal with Auto & General. The consultants are professional and on the ball. Thank you ladies for making my claim experience a pleasant one.
