lacking customer support

I've initially had a very good experience with Auto&General, they assisted perfectly with changing my insurance etc. I've added the extended warranty and wanted to find out if I can claim for something. I called at least 5 times, callback requests get mostly ignored, line drops and I am not being called back. Also I am being tossed around between different departments and everyone just seems to forward the 'problem' to someone else. On top of that, the account I was paying for since February was apparently not even active until recently. Customer support seems to have gone from 100% to 0%

Reviewer Update
Thank you for contacting me and clarifying the process. Unfortunately I'm just encountering new issues. I did follow the process and took my vehicle to a repairer, who then called Innovation Group to find out if broken part will be covered. They were then told that there is an outstanding payment and when I checked, the lady on the phone confirmed that the premium was not deducted and it was probably a fault in Auto&Gen side. They then went ahead and fixed other things that I was not aware of and went way above what was quoted. My issue is still not resolved, I was totally overcharged by someone who was recommended by you/Innovation Group (feel free to take this complaint to them as well). I am tired of having to run around and wasting airtime (I have so far spent over R100, and as mentioned before, I get nowhere with requesting callbacks) to get a service that I'm paying for. I will be cancelling my account and just have to accept that I paid for NOTHING in return for the past couple of months.
