LACK OF KNOWLEGDE
I called in with a simple question regarding my cover and Zelpha threw me from pillar to post. She does not know the product, she does not pay attention to detail and most importantly she does not know TCF. Does Tom Creamer know that some consultants are ***********?!?!?!?!?!?!?
