LACK OF ASSISTANCE
I have insured my car with Auto & General and I was involved in an accident in January 2019. I submitted the claim and all the necessary documents and the outcome was successful, but til today, I still don't have my car. It is still with panelbeaters, 7months later???
I still have no update from Auto & General, and I now have the burden of calling the panelbeaters on a weekly basis, asking about progress and evidently that hasn't been helpful. The worst part is I'm still paying monthly premiums. Please help urgently. This utterly poor service!

We have following concerns:
1.The car jack and drive hoek are missing.2. Boot hard to close need real push and there are gaps on the sides of boot door when closed. My take is that the boot door does not flash with the roof top need some adjustment, I did compared with other same model at Toyota.3.Trimming are loose around the seats rails and above the wheels and top rack.4.The car seem to swerve or veer to the left when driving.5.The car was fitted with two different number plates! The back one was incorrect whilst the front one is the original number plate.6.The keyless entry is disabled.
Please advise and act accordingly. This has long been overdue.
