Khumo from Value Added Products Department is rude.

Greetings.

I have a car insurance with Auto & General.

I write this review to register my displeasure regarding the conduct of the lady called Khumo from Value Added Products department. The lady is so rude and condescending on the phone. I would not buy any product sold by her, even if I wanted the product. I would rather get it from somewhere else.

Somebody needs to teach her telephone etiquette as soon as possible. She is a liability.
