Kelebogile was lovely today Friendly, polite, professional . I appreciated her particular attention to detail to make sure she helped and made the claim be processed - thank you And also a mention about Bongiwe (I hope that’s right) at reception / switchboard , she was so friendly and concerned that stones cracked my window - her empathy was so appreciated ! Thank you
