Junade Ebrahim assisted me in setting up my new policy. He was incredibly helpful and patient as we worked out the best policy for us. Junade went into great detail of what would be covered and gave comprehensive details of additional covers we could include. I really appreciate that the phone calls were never bothersome but rather informative. Junade took special care to ensure he contacted me at times that suited my schedule and communicated very well throughout the process so that it was never overwhelming or intimadating. He's incredibly cool and kind manner made the conversations very enjoyable. He is a fantastic representative for the company.
