JC turned a very bad and unpleasant situation around for me.

I must say this was supposed to be a complaint until a gentleman by the name of JC Kellerman came to the party. After having been shockingly told by one of the consultants that the company does not make outbound calls and after having been inconvenienced to the core by this company and it’s employees. JC stepped in in the place of a supervisor who was not on duty. He made constant contact with me regarding my claim, was very empathetic and professional. I just want to say without people like JC, a lot of companies would be big failures. I considered cancelling my insurance but after the way this wonderful gentleman handled my situation, I have decided to stay. I appreciate every single call you made and all your efforts. Please make sure he sees this.
