I've been with Auto and General for as long as I know about excellent customer service in insurance

I've been with Auto and General for as long as I know about excellent customer service in insurance. Their claim logging process is seamless as everything is done on the app. I was assigned a Private Claim Advisor, Milicent is her name, and she kept me up to date and informed throughout the process. Their claims assessor was a bit hectic though because of the questions he asked and the amount of detail he went through to investigate the claim, but I appreciate that he was honest and kept to the facts. I wouldn't say I recommend Auto and General, but I am definitely staying with them as my preferred insurer
